You swipe at the bird just as you had when it landed on your back. It quickly dodges your paw. You are forced to leave the baby bird’s side momentarily as you pounce the large bird again. The flashing of the lightening makes it difficult for you to keep up with the creature. Every time you make a move, it moves more quickly than you.
You begin to tire when you see the large bird land next to the baby bird. The large bird screeches at you.
You growl.
The lightening flashes again.
By the time you can see again, the baby bird is gone.
The large bird is gone.
