You chose to spit out the ants again.

You figure if it worked before, it is bound to work again, so you start spitting out the ants again. It is not very easy this time, however. Your dry mouth is making it nearly impossible to effectively hurl the tiny creatures out of your mouth. They cling to your tongue and the insides of your cheeks, biting and biting and causing more and more fire.

And then it happens.

You feel an ant crawl further into your mouth.

And up.

And around.

The ant is crawling to the depths of your head, exploring regions that are foreign even to you.

And then you feel it.

An ant crawling from the inside of your nose and out.

You lose a bit of yourself.
